In 1997, AMIL obtained an accreditation for Aircraft Ground Deicing/Anti-Icing Aerodynamic Acceptance Test Facilities, for testing Deicing/Anti-Icing Fluids, from the Performance Review Institute (PRI), affiliated with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). This accreditation was renewed and extended in September 2012 for a five year period.
